Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking dish.
- Mix flour, melted butter, and sugar until crumbly, then press into the dish to form a crust.
- Bake crust for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in coconut cream and shredded coconut until smooth.
- Spread filling evenly over cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped topping over chilled filling.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top if desired.
- Chill for another 30 minutes, then slice and serve.
