Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef for 6–8 minutes until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add cheddar cheese, seasoned beef, and crushed Doritos.
- Top with tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Toast wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
