Description

Cheesy Beef Nacho Dorito Wrap is a bold, flavor-packed wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, crunchy Nacho Cheese Doritos, and fresh toppings, all wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla. It is a quick and satisfying meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or game-day snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and add cheddar cheese, seasoned beef, and crushed Doritos.
  5. Top with tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  6. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  7. Toast wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

  • Toasting the wrap helps seal it and keeps it crispy.
  • Use pepper jack cheese for a spicier version.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
  • Keep fresh toppings separate if storing leftovers.
  • Best enjoyed immediately for maximum crunch.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
