Ingredients
- For the shells:
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- For the filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- For topping:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- Optional garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Caramel drizzle
- Extra cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
- Drape tortillas over oven rack or taco holder and bake 8–10 minutes until crisp.
- Let shells cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Fill cooled taco shells with cheesecake filling.
- Top with banana slices.
- Garnish with whipped cream, caramel, or cinnamon if desired.
- Serve immediately.
