Description

A fun and indulgent dessert featuring crispy cinnamon-sugar taco shells filled with creamy cheesecake filling and fresh banana slices.


Ingredients

  • For the shells:
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • For topping:
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Optional garnish:
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Extra cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Brush tortillas with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Drape tortillas over oven rack or taco holder and bake 8–10 minutes until crisp.
  5. Let shells cool completely.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  8. Fill cooled taco shells with cheesecake filling.
  9. Top with banana slices.
  10. Garnish with whipped cream, caramel, or cinnamon if desired.
  11. Serve immediately.
