Ingredients

Instructions
- Whisk sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
- Lightly beat egg yolks and temper with a small amount of hot mixture.
