Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 package pre-made pastry dough (12–15 pieces)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook onion until soft.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper, then let cool.
- Place filling on dough pieces and fold over to seal.
- Crimp edges firmly with a fork.
- Heat oil to 175°C and fry pastels until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
