Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package pre-made pastry dough (1215 pieces)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper, then let cool.
  5. Place filling on dough pieces and fold over to seal.
  6. Crimp edges firmly with a fork.
  7. Heat oil to 175°C and fry pastels until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
