Description
A refreshing frozen citrus and tea-based slush with a smooth, lightly sweet flavor and icy texture, perfect for warm days or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 tea bags
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups cold water (additional)
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat and add tea bags.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags.
- Stir sugar into warm tea until fully dissolved and let cool.
- In a large container, mix cooled tea with orange juice and lemonade concentrates.
- Add remaining cold water and stir well.
- Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
- Scrape with a fork to create a slushy texture.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use black or green tea for variation.
- Add fresh fruit for extra flavor.
- Store in freezer up to 2 weeks.
