Ingredients
- 6 fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
- 150 g brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- Place a cube of brie cheese into each jalapeño half.
- Top with a few blueberries, pressing gently to secure.
- Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange on baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until jalapeños are tender and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
Notes
- Use raspberries or strawberries instead of blueberries for variation.
- Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze after baking for added depth.
- Use mini sweet peppers for a milder version.
