Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 4 scoops homemade berry sorbet
- 2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate
- 4 medium mason jars
- 2 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 to 3 tablespoons warm water as needed
Instructions
- Prepare the berry sorbet by adding the frozen mixed berries, lemon juice, honey, and warm water into a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the sorbet mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice the bananas lengthwise and prepare the mason jars.
- Arrange banana slices along the inside walls of each jar for a decorative appearance.
- Spoon Greek yogurt evenly into each jar.
- Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
- Top with fresh berries and a scoop of berry sorbet.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over each jar.
- Serve immediately while chilled.
