Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt. Make a small well in the center.
- Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk gently while gradually adding the milk.
- Continue whisking until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract if using. Mix until fully combined.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes to create softer and more flexible crepes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and quickly swirl to spread it into a thin layer.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the bottom turns lightly golden.
- Flip the crepe carefully and cook the other side for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite sweet or savory fillings.
