Description

Quick and cozy apple cinnamon air fryer bites with tender caramelized apples, warm spices, and a light sweetness, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon butter spray or a light brush of melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free vanilla yogurt, for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and chop the apple into evenly sized pieces.
  2. Place apple pieces in a bowl and lightly coat with butter or spray.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and sweetener over the apples and toss to coat.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  5. Arrange apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove when tender and slightly golden.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm with yogurt.
