Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, chopped into bite-sized pieces

- 1 to 2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup sugar-free vanilla yogurt, for serving
Instructions
- Wash, dry, and chop the apple into evenly sized pieces.
- Place apple pieces in a bowl and lightly coat with butter or spray.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sweetener over the apples and toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Arrange apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when tender and slightly golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with yogurt.
