Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables to a bowl (no need to thaw).
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Place vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add parmesan in the last 2 minutes if using.
- Finish with lemon juice and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crisping.
- No need to thaw frozen vegetables before cooking.
- Shake basket halfway for even cooking.
- Add extra spices like chili flakes for heat.
- Best served immediately for crisp texture.
