Description

Air Fryer Frozen Vegetables are a quick and healthy side dish made by seasoning frozen mixed vegetables and air frying them until tender with lightly crispy, roasted edges.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Add frozen vegetables to a bowl (no need to thaw).
  3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Place vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Add parmesan in the last 2 minutes if using.
  7. Finish with lemon juice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crisping.
  • No need to thaw frozen vegetables before cooking.
  • Shake basket halfway for even cooking.
