Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light cream cheese (about 11% fat, at room temperature)
  • 45 tablespoons thyme honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • 1 cup strained low-fat Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 1 cup sugar-free granola (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mixed fruit
  • 12 tablespoons thyme honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and lime zest until smooth.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until creamy. Adjust sweetness if desired.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of fruit to the bottom of 4 glasses.
  4. Top with a spoonful of yogurt cream and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Add more fruit and about 3 tablespoons of granola.
  6. Layer with the remaining yogurt cream, then top with a final sprinkle of granola and extra fruit.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
