Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix almond flour, gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
- Add plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to form a smooth batter.
- Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour batter into a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug.
- Microwave at 900W for 90 seconds. If your microwave is stronger, start with 60 seconds and check doneness.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
