Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 8 fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup chocolate morsels
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir together the yogurt and honey (if using) in a bowl.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet to 1/4–1/2 inch thickness.
- Scatter the sliced strawberries and toasted almonds evenly over the yogurt.
- Melt chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt using a spoon, fork, or piping bag.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
