Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 8 fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate morsels

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together the yogurt and honey (if using) in a bowl.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet to 1/4–1/2 inch thickness.
  4. Scatter the sliced strawberries and toasted almonds evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Melt chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt using a spoon, fork, or piping bag.
  7. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
  8. Break into pieces and enjoy.
