Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1–2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- Optional: shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool or chill in the refrigerator.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
- In a small bowl or directly in the glass, mix coconut milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the coconut mixture into the coffee.
- Stir gently or leave layered, then adjust sweetness if needed.
- Add coconut cream or garnish if desired and serve immediately.
