Description

A smooth and refreshing vanilla coconut iced coffee with rich coffee flavor, creamy coconut milk, and a hint of sweet vanilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoons maple syrup or sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • Optional: shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool or chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
  4. In a small bowl or directly in the glass, mix coconut milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
  5. Pour the coconut mixture into the coffee.
  6. Stir gently or leave layered, then adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Add coconut cream or garnish if desired and serve immediately.
