Description

A decadent baked dessert that layers a buttery graham cracker crust, rich melted chocolate, and gooey toasted marshmallows. The Ultimate S’mores Cobbler brings all the cozy joy of campfire s’mores into one warm, crowd-pleasing dish.

Ingredients

  • For the crust:
    • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • For the chocolate filling:
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the topping:
    • 1216 large marshmallows
    • Optional: extra graham cracker crumbs or melted chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 5–7 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips, cream, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust and smooth out evenly.
  5. Arrange marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and golden. For a more toasted top, broil for 1–2 minutes, watching closely.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Optionally garnish with extra chocolate or graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • Use mini marshmallows if you don’t have large ones — just cover the surface evenly.
  • Swap graham crackers for chocolate cookies or gluten-free alternatives.
  • Add chopped nuts or a swirl of peanut butter for extra flavor and texture.
  • Pairs perfectly with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
