Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower (about 2 lb)
- 4 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Chop cauliflower into evenly sized florets and mince garlic.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and crispy at the edges.
