Description

This Tropical Smoothie Sunrise Sunset is a refreshing, café-style drink made at home with a bright blend of strawberries, mango, pineapple, and orange juice. It’s naturally sweet, icy, and ready in minutes—perfect for a quick tropical escape any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, mango, pineapple, ice cubes, orange juice, cold water, and turbinado sugar (if using) to a high-speed blender.
  2. Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase to high speed until smooth and thick.
