Description

This creamy homemade ranch dressing is packed with herbs and a touch of lemon for a tangy, fresh flavor. Made in minutes with pantry staples, it’s perfect for salads, dipping veggies, or drizzling over your favorite meals.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk
  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon finely cracked black pepper
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk (or milk) until smooth.
  2. Add dill, parsley, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, starting with 1 teaspoon and adjusting to taste.
  4. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate until chilled for best flavor.
