Description

This Chicken Caesar Wrap is a quick and delicious handheld meal that combines the flavors of a classic Caesar salad with tender chicken and a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner, and great for using leftover or rotisserie chicken.


Ingredients

  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 16 ounces cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional Homemade Caesar Dressing:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Add 1 cup of shredded romaine lettuce on top of the dressing.
  4. Top with 4 ounces of cooked chicken and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Wrap each in plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate until serving.
  7. Slice in half when ready to serve. Serve with extra Caesar dressing if desired.
