This Chicken Caesar Wrap is a quick and delicious handheld meal that combines the flavors of a classic Caesar salad with tender chicken and a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner, and great for using leftover or rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas or whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 16 ounces cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional Homemade Caesar Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing in the center of each tortilla.
- Add 1 cup of shredded romaine lettuce on top of the dressing.
- Top with 4 ounces of cooked chicken and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
- Wrap each in plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate until serving.
- Slice in half when ready to serve. Serve with extra Caesar dressing if desired.
