Description
A creamy, flavorful Thai peanut dressing made with peanut butter, lime, soy sauce, and ginger, perfect for salads, dipping, or marinades.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Add peanut butter, rice vinegar, lime juice, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey to a blender.
- Add garlic, ginger, salt, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer to a jar and use immediately or store.
Notes
- Add water gradually to control thickness.
- Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
- Substitute honey with agave for a vegan version.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Let sit at room temperature and stir before using if thickened.
