This sugar-free condensed milk is a creamy, low-carb alternative to traditional condensed milk. Made with just three ingredients, it’s perfect for baking, drinks, and desserts, offering the same rich texture without refined sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat milk powder
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit blend)
Instructions
- Add the hot water to a blender.
- Pour in the milk powder and powdered sweetener.
- Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then blend again briefly.
- Transfer to a clean jar and let it cool; it will thicken as it chills.
Notes
- Add 1 tsp vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Blend in 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil for added richness.
- For thinner consistency, add 1–2 tbsp hot water and blend again.
- Stir before using, especially after chilling.
