Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced turkey
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken or beef sausage slices
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a 10×14-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add sliced turkey and cooked chicken or beef sausage evenly.
- Top with parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Roll dough tightly into a log from the long side.
- Seal seams and tuck ends underneath.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cut small slits on top for steam release.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and garnish with parsley before serving.
