Description

This Strawberry Yogurt Bark is a refreshing frozen treat made with Greek yogurt, strawberries, honey, and pistachios. It’s protein-packed, naturally sweetened, and perfect for a light dessert or snack on warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, divided (½ cup for blending, ½ cup sliced for topping)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup whole raw pistachios

Instructions

  1. Line a 13×9-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, honey, ½ cup strawberries, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth (about 10–15 seconds).
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4. Top with remaining sliced strawberries and sprinkle with pistachios.
  5. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until fully firm.
  6. Remove from freezer, cut into 12 pieces, and serve immediately.
