These Strawberry Shortcake Greek Yogurt Popsicles are creamy, fruity frozen treats made with real strawberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, and soft crumbled shortcake. They’re easy to prepare, kid-friendly, and perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chobani non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla beans
- 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/3 cup crumbled shortcake
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, and ground vanilla beans until smooth.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries and crumbled shortcake.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks.
- Continue freezing for an additional 3–4 hours until fully solid.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull out the popsicles.
