A refreshing layered strawberry matcha latte with creamy milk, earthy matcha, and a light, fluffy strawberry cloud topping.
Ingredients
- For the strawberry cloud cream:
- 3 medium strawberries (about 60 g)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 60 ml cold heavy cream
- 15–30 g sugar or sweetener
- For the matcha latte:
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 30 ml hot water
- 15 g sugar or sweetener
- 120 ml milk of choice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend strawberries with water until smooth or mash and strain.
- In a chilled bowl, whip cold heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the strawberry purée to create a fluffy cloud cream.
- In another bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
- Add sugar and stir, then mix in milk.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the matcha milk.
- Spoon strawberry cloud cream on top to create layers.
- Serve immediately.
