Description

A refreshing layered strawberry matcha latte with creamy milk, earthy matcha, and a light, fluffy strawberry cloud topping.


Ingredients

  • For the strawberry cloud cream:
  • 3 medium strawberries (about 60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 60 ml cold heavy cream
  • 1530 g sugar or sweetener
  • For the matcha latte:
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 30 ml hot water
  • 15 g sugar or sweetener
  • 120 ml milk of choice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries with water until smooth or mash and strain.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whip cold heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the strawberry purée to create a fluffy cloud cream.
  4. In another bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and stir, then mix in milk.
  6. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the matcha milk.
  7. Spoon strawberry cloud cream on top to create layers.
  8. Serve immediately.
