Description

Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are a no-bake handheld dessert made with creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberry glaze, fresh berries, and a white chocolate-dipped waffle cone coated in strawberry crunch topping. A nostalgic, refreshing treat perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 6 waffle or sugar cones
  • 5 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup strawberry crunch topping
  • 24 oz no-bake cheesecake filling (premade or homemade)
  • 68 fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze or sauce

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip the rim of each cone into melted white chocolate and tap off excess.
  4. Roll dipped rims in strawberry crunch topping to coat. Let set on prepared baking sheet for 10–15 minutes or chill for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer cheesecake filling to a piping bag or Ziploc with the tip cut off.
  6. Pipe cheesecake filling halfway into each cone.
  7. Add a spoonful of strawberry glaze and some diced strawberries.
  8. Pipe more cheesecake filling to fill the cone, then top with more glaze and strawberries.
  9. Sprinkle additional strawberry crunch topping on top.
  10. Drizzle remaining white chocolate over cones and garnish with extra crunch topping if desired.
  11. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving. Best enjoyed shortly after assembly.
