Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos are a playful dessert made with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips, a fluffy cheesecake dip, and a juicy strawberry topping. Ideal for parties or casual gatherings, this no-fuss treat is fun to make and even more fun to eat.

Ingredients

  • 810 flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • ¼ cup strawberry preserves or strawberry glaze
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Optional toppings: white chocolate drizzle, graham cracker crumbs, mini chocolate chips, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tortillas into triangles.
  2. Brush both sides of each tortilla triangle with melted butter.
  3. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the tortillas.
  4. Place tortillas on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy. Chill until ready to use.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix diced strawberries with strawberry preserves and optional lemon juice. Let sit 10 minutes.
  8. To assemble: arrange chips on a platter, top with cheesecake dip, then strawberry topping. Add optional toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Make components ahead and assemble just before serving.
  • Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free version.
  • Keep chips crisp by storing separately from toppings.
  • Fresh whipped cream gives the best dip texture.
