Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos are a playful dessert made with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips, a fluffy cheesecake dip, and a juicy strawberry topping. Ideal for parties or casual gatherings, this no-fuss treat is fun to make and even more fun to eat.
Ingredients
- 8–10 flour tortillas
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- ¼ cup strawberry preserves or strawberry glaze
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- Optional toppings: white chocolate drizzle, graham cracker crumbs, mini chocolate chips, whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tortillas into triangles.
- Brush both sides of each tortilla triangle with melted butter.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the tortillas.
- Place tortillas on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy. Chill until ready to use.
- In a separate bowl, mix diced strawberries with strawberry preserves and optional lemon juice. Let sit 10 minutes.
- To assemble: arrange chips on a platter, top with cheesecake dip, then strawberry topping. Add optional toppings if desired.
