Ingredients
- 3 cups milk chocolate morsels
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly, until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Adjust spice level to taste.
