Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup neutral oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until well combined. Stir in mashed bananas.
  4. Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
