Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rib eye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and olive oil.
  3. Once butter melts, add steak cubes and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown all sides.
  4. Add sliced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring to prevent burning.
  5. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, and kosher salt. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
