This simple keto cheeseburger bake is a low-carb, bunless twist on a classic cheeseburger. It’s loaded with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and a creamy sauce, making it perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- ½ medium onion, finely diced
- ½ cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Colby Jack cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Mix in mayonnaise and mustard until the beef is coated and creamy.
- Transfer beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella (or Colby Jack) cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
