Description

This simple keto cheeseburger bake is a low-carb, bunless twist on a classic cheeseburger. It’s loaded with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and a creamy sauce, making it perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • lbs ground beef
  • ½ medium onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Colby Jack cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Mix in mayonnaise and mustard until the beef is coated and creamy.
  5. Transfer beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella (or Colby Jack) cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
