Ingredients
- 2 oz vanilla-flavored spirit
- 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz Irish cream liqueur or half-and-half
- 0.5 oz grenadine
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (for rimming the glass)
- 2 tablespoons pink sanding sugar or pink sprinkles (for rim)
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream (for garnish)
- 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Lightly coat the rim of a martini glass with simple syrup, then dip it into pink sanding sugar or sprinkles to coat.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vanilla-flavored spirit, white chocolate liqueur, Irish cream or half-and-half, and grenadine to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and creamy.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry before serving.
Notes
- Use raspberry-flavored spirit for a less sweet option.
- Add more grenadine for a deeper pink hue.
- Irish cream adds more richness than half-and-half.
