Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 2 servings protein powder (about 60–70 g or ¾ cup)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1½ cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- Add oats, flour, protein powder, baking powder, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender. Blend on low for 15–20 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until the waffles are golden and crisp.
- Carefully remove the waffles and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as nut butter, fruit, or yogurt.
