Description

Ingredients
1 cup milk, boiled, cooled, and chilled
3 to 4 small scoops pistachio (pista) ice cream
1 teaspoon chopped pistachios + 1 teaspoon for garnish
A tiny pinch of cardamom powder
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Add chilled milk, sugar (if using), chopped pistachios, and cardamom powder to a blender jar.
- Add 3 to 4 small scoops of pista ice cream.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
- Top with an extra scoop of ice cream and garnish with chopped pistachios.
Notes
- Use vanilla ice cream instead of pista ice cream for a milder flavor.
- Add a tablespoon of condensed milk for a richer milkshake.
- For a healthier version, skip ice cream and use soaked pistachios.
