Description

Pista milkshake is a rich, creamy, and nutty summer drink made by blending chilled milk with pistachios, cardamom, and pistachio ice cream. It’s quick to prepare and incredibly refreshing.


Ingredients

1 cup milk, boiled, cooled, and chilled

3 to 4 small scoops pistachio (pista) ice cream

1 teaspoon chopped pistachios + 1 teaspoon for garnish

A tiny pinch of cardamom powder

1 teaspoon sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add chilled milk, sugar (if using), chopped pistachios, and cardamom powder to a blender jar.
  2. Add 3 to 4 small scoops of pista ice cream.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  5. Top with an extra scoop of ice cream and garnish with chopped pistachios.

Notes

  • Use vanilla ice cream instead of pista ice cream for a milder flavor.
  • Add a tablespoon of condensed milk for a richer milkshake.
  • For a healthier version, skip ice cream and use soaked pistachios.
