Ingredients
- 4 oz milk chocolate melting wafers
- 4 oz white melting wafers
- 4 oz creamy peanut butter (approximately 7 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Place the milk chocolate wafers, white wafers, and peanut butter in a microwave-safe glass bowl or measuring cup.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir thoroughly.
- Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Set silicone molds on a cutting board or tray for stability.
- Pour the mixture into each mold, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Lift and gently tap the board on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- Once set, remove from molds and store or serve.
Notes
- Use no-stir peanut butter for best texture.
- Silicone molds make for easy release—no greasing needed.
- Add a tiny pinch of salt to enhance peanut butter flavor.
- To decorate, drizzle with extra chocolate once set.
