Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 scoop protein powder (about 30 g)
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (32 g)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (7 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240 ml)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the banana to a blender.
- Add protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Add ice cubes.
- Pour almond milk over the ingredients.
