Ingredients
- 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin or chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drain, rinse, and thoroughly dry chickpeas using a towel.
- Transfer chickpeas to a bowl and toss with olive oil and spices.
- Spread in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Remove when golden and crispy, then let cool slightly.
- Serve immediately or store once fully cooled.
