Description

A crunchy and flavorful snack made from roasted chickpeas, seasoned with spices for a healthy and satisfying bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin or chili powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Drain, rinse, and thoroughly dry chickpeas using a towel.
  3. Transfer chickpeas to a bowl and toss with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  6. Remove when golden and crispy, then let cool slightly.
  7. Serve immediately or store once fully cooled.
