Ingredients
- 1/2 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 2 ears fresh corn, kernels removed (about 1 1/2 cups)

- Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions

- Cook 2–3 more minutes, stirring gently, until shrimp are opaque and corn is tender-crisp.
- Add remaining salt and stir in chopped cilantro.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.
