Description

One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a creamy, garlicky, and satisfying dish made entirely in one pot. With no heavy cream and minimal cleanup, it’s a quick and comforting dinner ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup milk (plus more as needed)

8 ounces uncooked fettuccine

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and milk, then add uncooked fettuccine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 18–20 minutes until pasta is tender. Add more milk if the sauce thickens too much.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
