Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons (56 g) butter
  • 1 cup (295 g) chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
  • 10 oz (280 g) marshmallows
  • 6 cups (150 g) crispy rice cereal
  • Additional chocolate-hazelnut spread, for drizzling
  • Flaked or coarse salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter, chocolate-hazelnut spread, and marshmallows until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  2. Immediately stir in the crispy rice cereal until fully combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into an 8- or 9-inch pan greased with butter or coated with nonstick spray. Let it sit for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. If desired, warm some extra chocolate-hazelnut spread in the microwave and drizzle it over the bars. Sprinkle with flaked or coarse salt.
  5. Slice into bars and serve.
