Description
This no-bake strawberry swirl fudge is a creamy, fruity treat with a smooth vanilla-white chocolate base and beautiful swirls of strawberry preserves. Quick to make and easy to love, it’s perfect for gifting, celebrations, or everyday indulgence.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves or jam
- 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour two-thirds of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix strawberry preserves with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Dollop the strawberry mixture and remaining fudge over the base, then use a knife or skewer to swirl gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Lift out using parchment and slice into squares to serve.
Notes
- Use low heat and stir constantly to prevent grainy texture.
- Preserves work better than fresh fruit for texture and swirl consistency.
- Optional: Add a few drops of food coloring to the strawberry mixture for a brighter pink swirl.
- To ensure clean cuts, use a sharp knife and wipe between slices.
