Description

These Monster Eyeballs are no-bake Oreo truffles decorated with colorful candy melts, sprinkles, and candy eyes for a spooky and fun Halloween treat. They’re creamy inside, candy-coated outside, and perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Golden Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Colored candy melts (such as purple and green)
  • Color-matching sprinkles
  • Large candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and pulse until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill truffles in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
  5. Melt candy melts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted candy and place on parchment paper.
  7. Press a large candy eye onto each truffle and sprinkle the top with sprinkles for “hair.”
  8. Chill again until the coating is set before serving.

Notes

  • Swap Golden Oreos for chocolate, mint, or peanut butter Oreos.
  • Use white chocolate or almond bark with gel food dye instead of candy melts.
  • Decorate with colored shredded coconut or edible glitter for variety.
  • Make your own candy eyes with melted white and black candy melts.
