Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium kiwi, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup mango or melon, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Cut pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, and mango or melon into bite-size pieces.
  3. Place all chopped fruits into a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint.
  5. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture.
  6. Gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
