Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 medium kiwi, chopped
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup mango or melon, cubed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
- Cut pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, and mango or melon into bite-size pieces.
- Place all chopped fruits into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture.
- Gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
