Description

This Mediterranean hummus flatbread is a quick and flavorful dish topped with creamy hummus, feta cheese, and fresh veggies. It’s ideal as a light meal, snack, or party appetizer with minimal prep and bold Mediterranean flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan breads (about 8 inches each)
  • 1 cup plain hummus
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread ½ cup hummus evenly on each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Top with crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, cucumber, and red onion.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbreads and sprinkle with oregano and black pepper.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the flatbreads are warmed through and slightly crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
