Description

Ingredients

  • Blue gel food coloring, as needed
  • Purple gel food coloring, as needed
  • For the crust:

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add marshmallow crème and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

  5. Divide filling into 3 bowls: leave one plain, tint one with blue gel coloring, and one with purple.
  6. Spoon alternating dollops of each color into the prepared pie crust.
