Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (1 pound total)
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spoon about one-third of the glaze over the top.
- Bake the salmon for 15–20 minutes. After 10 minutes, spoon more glaze over the salmon.
- Once cooked through and flaky, remove from oven and drizzle with remaining glaze before serving. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

- Add lime juice or rice vinegar for brightness.
