Description

A creamy and refreshing mango yogurt parfait layered with sweet mango, crunchy granola, and aromatic saffron and cardamom. This quick and elegant treat is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup mango puree
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 2 tablespoons slivered pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm milk slightly and soak saffron in it for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare mango puree by blending fresh mango until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mango puree, powdered sugar, cardamom, and saffron milk until creamy.
  4. In serving glasses, add a layer of mango yogurt mixture.
  5. Add a layer of granola.
  6. Top with chopped mango and pistachios.
  7. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  8. Finish with mango pieces and extra pistachios on top.
  9. Serve immediately or chill and assemble just before serving.
