Ingredients
- 16 ounces Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup mango puree
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups granola
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 2 tablespoons slivered pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Warm milk slightly and soak saffron in it for 10 minutes.
- Prepare mango puree by blending fresh mango until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mango puree, powdered sugar, cardamom, and saffron milk until creamy.
- In serving glasses, add a layer of mango yogurt mixture.
- Add a layer of granola.
- Top with chopped mango and pistachios.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full.
- Finish with mango pieces and extra pistachios on top.
- Serve immediately or chill and assemble just before serving.
