Description

These refreshing mango popsicles combine sweet mangoes, creamy Greek yogurt, and honey for a healthy frozen treat perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mango chunks (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla Greek yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Place the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top.
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks and cover securely.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid.
  6. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • Use vanilla Greek yogurt to skip adding honey and vanilla extract.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
  • Add a splash of coconut milk or shredded coconut for a tropical twist.
  • Frozen mangoes work great—just thaw before blending.
