Description
A creamy, no-bake mango dessert layered with soft biscuits, whipped cream, and sweet ripe mangoes. Light, refreshing, and perfect for warm days or make-ahead treats.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mangoes, sliced thinly
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200–250 g tea biscuits or graham crackers
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk (optional, for dipping biscuits)
Instructions
- Whip chilled heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla extract, then whip until smooth and slightly thickened.
- If using evaporated milk, lightly dip each biscuit into it.
- Arrange a layer of biscuits in a rectangular dish.
- Spread a layer of cream mixture over the biscuits.
- Add a layer of sliced mangoes.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cream.
- Garnish with extra mango slices on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Substitute with strawberries or peaches for variation.
- Add cream cheese for a richer texture.
- Chocolate drizzle can be added between layers.
