Description

A creamy, no-bake mango dessert layered with soft biscuits, whipped cream, and sweet ripe mangoes. Light, refreshing, and perfect for warm days or make-ahead treats.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200250 g tea biscuits or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk (optional, for dipping biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Whip chilled heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Add condensed milk and vanilla extract, then whip until smooth and slightly thickened.
  3. If using evaporated milk, lightly dip each biscuit into it.
  4. Arrange a layer of biscuits in a rectangular dish.
  5. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Add a layer of sliced mangoes.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cream.
  8. Garnish with extra mango slices on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
